FULL TIME / PART TIME/ PER DIEM REGISTERED NURSE (RN) -Home Health

In home visit only! Not a shift position

Need someone with the ability to travel through the Moreno Valley, San Bernardino, Redlands, ETC

Immediate Hiring RN’s for * IMMEDIATE* Hiring to work for a fast-growing Hospice Agency with Clients throughout Southern California.

Experience in Home Health is also preferred as we have a sister company with Home Health services

RN – require a minimum of 1 year experience in Home Health Care Experience (Wound Care Experience a Plus).**

Experience in Hospice is a plus
Requirements:

· Availability to Visiting Nurses

· Must be conscientious with our clients, their families, and their caregivers

· Must know how to make quick decisions while in the field

· Demonstrates the ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings

· Ability to make meaningful observations and write comprehensive and accurate reports.

Preferable Experiences:

· Intravenous Venipuncture – (IV)

· Wound Care

· Wound Vac

· Catheter Care

· Skilled Nursing
