Position Summary:

• The Clinical Supervisor is a qualified professional Registered Nurse who is responsible for the oversight of planning, coordination, and delivery of quality care services to the client. This individual is accountable for the agency's adherence to federal, state, and local laws, accreditation, company standards, compliance and reimbursable client care services.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related health field.
• Currently licensed and in good standing in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum three years of nursing and one year of home care experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required meeting identified patient needs.
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
