FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; days, varies as scheduled.
The Care Coordinator (RN) functions within the nursing scope of practice under the direction and supervision of the Provider (physician, PA or ARNP) and is responsible for assisting in providing care and implementing delegated
activities of care. An understanding of contemporary nursing principles and skills must be demonstrated, unique to their clinical assignment.
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. WA State RN licensure. Critical Thinking Skills: seeks resources for direction, when necessary. Performs Independent problem solving. Decision making is logical. Performs
actions that demonstrate accountability. Exercises safe judgement while practicing within legal and ethical guidelines. Demonstrates competency in ability to care for customers/patients across the age continuum. Facilitates and
demonstrates communication critical to effective teamwork among various departments.
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Prefer medical/surgical clinical experience. Computer Skills.
