Collision Appraiser
Balise Collision Center is seeking an Appraiser to inspect, photograph and appraise damage to automobiles and other property damaged in an automobile accident or loss.
Environmental & Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
- A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required
- This position may require up to 10% travel

Skills & Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in handling auto physical damage appraisals
- Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate must have Collision Center experience and/or familiar with the field adjusters-insurance industries.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- CCC Pathways and/or other electronic appraisal formats required.
- Collision Center experience and/or Insurance experience required.
- High Energy, busy shop
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills are required.
