Rig Logistics Representative

LOCATION: Midland - Texas - USA

DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN

Purpose

Owner of the Port Execution Freight and Forwarding

Main Responsibilities

Logistics coordination: Receives the customer's request from the commercial front end. Manage the logistic coordination of all yard and customer deliveries with CFE, Yards, Carries and other service providers, providing the necessary instructions for timely delivery of the right product to the customer. Control the execution of the delivery by yards and carries, facilitating and resolving execution problems.

Inventory management: coordinates receptions, dispatches and transformations in SAP. Ensure that SAP reflects the right quantity and the accurate product description.

Manage all execution projects related to new customers

Vendor communication: communicates with external vendors like stevedoring companies, carriers, customs brokers representing Tenaris image. Strong verbal and written communication with vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
