ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Develop and implement pricing strategies, including building rate structures for homes across 5 different markets and determining rate adjustments to optimize revenue and occupancy

-Forecast pricing and revenue based on demand and current market trends

-Assist the business development team with Rental Performance Analysis (RPA) provided to potential new home owner clients

-Evaluate and stay current on trends in the economy and hospitality industry in order to apply necessary changes to revenue strategies from the industry level, down to the market level, all the way down to a specific property level

-Have a comprehensive understanding of the company’s portfolio with an ability to differentiate property inventory across our 5 markets

-Upon request, suggest optimization of owner usage of the property

-Review properties to be able to provide owner feedback on ways to increase bookings and revenue

-Communicate with owners regarding rental performance, market trends, rates, seasons, minimums, pricing strategies, third party platforms and operational processes

-Ensure information on each property listing is accurate and up to date

-Develops a thorough understanding of systems and processes to ensure all related systems are correctly and working to full capacity

-Suggest, updates on property listings including descriptions, photos, and amenities in order to optimize rental performance

-Work in collaboration with the sales team

-Communicate with owners regarding rental performance, market trends, rates, seasons, minimums, pricing strategies, third party platforms and operational processes

-Uses data to improve efficiency and automation of revenue strategies

-Be a team player that is eager to jump in to help with other projects and tasks as needed

-Other Responsibilities assigned

We are looking for an analytical thinker who thrives in a sales-driven atmosphere who will assist with the development and implementation of strategies to maximize company revenue and hit sales goals. Must work well in a team setting, but also be independent and able to stay on task without needing to be micro managed. Must be a great communicator that is comfortable speaking with property owners about their rental performance and revenue.

The Revenue Analyst will have a comprehensive understanding of the inventory and be able to make pricing and revenue strategy decisions based on the current market's supply and demand. A positive, goal-driven attitude is a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
