Job Summary
We are currently looking to build a team of incredible relationship builders, conversation havers’ and wireless technology gurus. A key member of this team is our Retail Sales Supervisor who is responsible for supervising the customer experience and helping to remove any and all obstacles for our employees and customers. Our Retail Sales Supervisor is also someone who is a technology savvy, sales focused and laser focused on customer satisfaction.

Our stores are located centrally in The Villages, Florida.


What You Do in this Role:

  • Brand Ambassador –Not only will you get to wear orange and blue but you will also get to represent Consumer Cellular with ensure the center is comfortable, welcoming and always open for our customers when needed. This mean being your whole self in an authentic way that reflects our core value of Happy Employee – Happy Customer.
  • Relationship Builder – you will have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, team members and field leadership. This means you will be an active listener, solution finder and conversation initiator.
  • Product and Services Expert – you will receive world class training on our products and services and you will be able to translate technology into real world conversations. This means you will be able to explain a SIM card the same way you would about making a PB&J. You will also attend meetings, training and connections where you can ensure you empowered with all the knowledge to take best care of customers.
  • Obstacle Remover – you are a decision maker and you are great at it! You will be responsible for helping customers get everything they need and ensuring that the team has the tools and resources necessary to make this happen. In the case of escalations, exceptions or technology troubles, you will be the expert and person who is able to make someone’s day with you knowledge, skill and solution focused delivery.

What You need to Win in this Role:

  • Education and Skills –
    • High school diploma, or equivalent experience is required
    • At least 2 years of retail management experience is required, this experience needs to be in an environment where you have talked to customers about their wants and needs (beauty providers, phone providers, etc.)
    • At least 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience
    • Experience for operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions
    • Proficient with MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Schedule and Attendance
    • Flexibility to work weekends and travel between two local stores when required
    • CCI Retail Store is open 7 days a week. Hours will vary between 10am to 9pm most days.
  • Physical Requirements –
    • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
    • Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary
