About us
Little Istanbul Spice Shop in White River Junction is looking for a new Retail Sales Associate / Cashier to add to our team. Little Istanbul is a super unique shop with imported goods from Turkey. We also specialize in exotic spices from around the world. As our Retail Sales Associate you will learn all about the spices (if you like to cook this is a big plus!) as well as our products from Turkey and other food products from around the Middle East. The working environment is very relaxed, full of good smells and bright beautiful products including handmade Turkish Carpets, Handbags, Shoes, a variety of Home Goods and much more. Some Job Details
- Learn and become comfortable with the spice selection and be able to recommend spices to our guests
- Restocking and Organized Shelves
- Dusting Shelves and general cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, etc)
- Learn about Turkish Culture, Turkish cooking, and be able to recommend specific items to our guests
- Learn about Turkish Handmade items and be able to describe and sell these items (Commission given when high priced Carpets sold)
- Free lunch per shift from Tuckerbox Restaurant
- Must be available to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at a minimum. Other days are also available in addition to these to get full time hours.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
