JOB SUMMARY:

We're seeking an energetic Retail Graphic Designer to assist the Marketing and Retail team with daily functions that will support many facets of the company. Some of those facets include creating large scale images, dimensions, print formats, understand mockup layouts, etc. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and willing to flex into a new role at any given moment. Cannabis Industry experience is a plus!

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be creating eye-catching visuals for in-store displays, in-store signage, digital collateral, etc.
• You must be proficient in print production for a variety of items from graphics, to social media and some apparel.
• Must be able to design and execute in a fast-paced environment and meet our client's needs and expectations
• Ability to learn compliance related laws and requirements for cannabis packaging.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Proficient / Expert in Adobe Acrobat & Adobe Illustrator (print prod focused expertise)
• Detail Oriented & Organized
• Good communication skills
• Good comprehension of tasks being assigned
• Ability to project manage based on priorities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1-3 years of graphic designer experience
• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• State Law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over
• Experience in a legal cannabis market highly preferred
