We are seeking experienced servers for our location in Lincolnwood.

Tips at this location are usually between $200 - $400 a shift!

Most of our servers earn between $50 to $80 an hour with the tips!

Qualifications.

• At least 1 year serving experience required
• Bar tending experience preferred
• Experience serving in an upscale dining or an equivalent service environment preferred

• Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length
• Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; Stand or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift; Complete tasks that require repetitive motion
• Certified or willing to certify in Food Handling, and Alcohol Service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and team members
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

• Become well-versed in our menu items in order to field questions and make suggestions with a personal touch that is unmatched
• Stay knowledgeable on all menu items including seasonal features, to clearly articulate our cuisine, curated cocktails, and wine list.
• Clearly communicate any menu deviations, and/or 86ed items to provide the most up-to-date information to guests
• Accurately record and communicate orders to bar and kitchen making note of any dietary needs, food allergies, or special requests; Keep kitchen team informed of guests' meal progression to ensure orders are properly coursed to meet company standards
• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently adhering to proper cash and credit card handling policies and procedures
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and policies
• Adhere to all Kosher regulations while at work as set forth by our certifying agency
