Ø Comply with company standards in the areas of cost and quality controls, company values and the image of The Restaurant. Support and fully execute all Restaurant initiatives and policies with continuous improvement to operating efficiencies.

Ø Supervise staff and hold them accountable for executing their duties according to company policy and standards. Use evaluation and discipline procedures where appropriate. Participate in development of staff into management roles

Ø Serve as maitre d’ to meet or exceed each customer’s expectation of their experience with us. Maintain standards for food, beverage, service and atmosphere while building positive customer relations.

Ø Work as a server to meet or exceed each customer’s expectation of their experience with us as required and requested by management.

Ø Work to develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurant’s monthly profit and loss statement and be able to answer any questions from management regarding current costs and expenses. Participate in annual budgeting process and work to develop ability to monitor budgets and capital expenditures throughout the year.

Ø Understand and have working knowledge of all daily accounting functions and the supporting computer systems

Ø Supervise front and back of house staff hiring and training, including pre-shirt meetings. Demonstrate management/ leadership ability and motivational skills. Execute training programs and serve as mentor to staff.

Ø Serve as a role model and provide accessibility to all management and staff for open communication, leadership, direction and motivation. Exhibit efficiency in completing job requirements through working with a sense of urgency, consolidating tasks, delegating and empowering others while managing their efforts.

Ø Participate in payroll management to ensure budgeted labor goals are met while maintaining standards for products and service

Ø Demonstrate management and leadership ability through building effective relationships with customers, supervisors, staff, and purveyors

Ø Monitor adherence to payroll and time clock procedures for all employees and resolve any problems either independently or with support of the General Manager. Prepare payroll accurately and in a timely manner to submit to Concept HR for processing.

Ø Complete beverage perpetual and ensure product is accounted for accurately and reconciled with sales and inventory reports.
