OLM Food Solutions is currently searching for a Military Business Consultant to join our growing team!

The Military Business Consultant will provide support, hands-on training, strategic direction, and accountability for OLM brands & food product integrity, driving operator sales, supporting food program operations and contractual compliance while building a solid working relationship with our customers (Operators) as their key and daily contact.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a positive business relationship with the operator as their primary contact.
• Assist the operator in building and placing proper food orders to support operator needs.
• Present menu cost analysis and create/help integrate business plans that support the operator’s profitability.
• Responsible for operator sales and traffic growth using OLM-provided technology, data, and marketing tools.
• Train and develop new and existing operators on proper operating procedures, technology usage and advantages, food product quality recommendations, and OLM Food Solutions standards.
• Foster operator engagement while promoting and supporting OLM’s proprietary technology offering RightBytes.
• Implement the rollout of all OLM Food Solutions programs and new product introductions.
• Work with the operator to develop targeted promotional programs using existing training and other marketing materials.
• Develop new customer relationships and support openings with business development and installation teams.
• Recommend changes and solutions needed to effectively fulfill company growth objectives to move swiftly to industry changes and opportunities.
• Manage operator communications and location documentation within a customer relationship manager (CRM)
• Assure that all company and government rules & regulations are being observed.
• Act as the point of contact between the operator and OLM to manage projects & requests to OLM internal depts.
• Ability to support and travel Internationally to bases as needed to support current operators.
• This opportunity has the potential for extended travel, including weekends as needed to support business needs.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Three or more years field related in the food industry with P & L responsibility desired in a quick service operation. Franchise operations background a plus.

• Must have a business/financial understanding of fast food and/or convenience stores.
• Must be hands-on and pragmatic, with business sense.
• Must have exceptional personal/human relationship skills.
• Must be energetic, self-motivated, and have a success-oriented personality.
• Individuals must be able to drive and maintain a current/active driver’s license. A driver’s license must meet the company’s driver expectation point standards. All company drivers have their MVR checked every 6 months for compliance.
