The Arc Mid-Hudson, a leader in the field of supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has management opportunities for Residential Coordinators and Program Managers, for our residences supporting people with disabilities across Ulster County, including Hurley, Kingston, Highland, Gardiner and Kerhonkson.

We are seeking experienced supervisors who are seasoned leaders, who have the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor our direct support professionals at these residences.

AND as a new manager in our residential programs, you will be paired with our Leadership Management Mentor who will work closely with you to ensure that you will not only love your new role, but that you will be a successful leader in our agency.

Flexibility is a must in these roles. A minimum of three years of experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, or a related field is required for some of these positions, specifically at the Residential Coordinator level. An acceptable, approved NYS Driver's license is a must.
