Residential Care Facility (Adult Care Home) is looking to hire a live-in resident manager. This position requires the ideal candidate to have completed the RM training course within Washington, Clackamas or Multnomah counties. We are also considering for this position a seasoned RCC or CNA or Caregiver who is looking to pursue the option of becoming a live-in resident manager. Those individuals who do not have the training completed will be required to pay for the training themselves. Our company is willing to reimburse the candidate should they maintain their job for one calendar year with the organization. The resident manager is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the facility, along with supervising current employees who will be working alongside. This job requires but is not limited to the following duties: assist residents with all ADLs and IADLs, house management, medication management, documentation, activities and many more - the interested candidate please send a resume as soon as possible.

Besides the hourly compensation the ideal candidate will receive benefits in the form of housing and utilities as part of the package.

The ideal candidate must pass a criminal background check along with a drug test and must possess a valid CPR>
