**Current shift openings:

Tuesday / Wednesday evenings 1pm - 9pm

Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday overnight 9pm - 5am

Saturday / Sunday mornings 5am - 1pm

- A Resident Assistant on 1st or 2nd (morning/midday/evening) shift may be responsible for: medication management, serving meals, light housekeeping duties, laundry, and assistance with activities of daily living, specified depending on working hours. No prior experience required, but always welcome (great entry-level position).

- A Resident Assistant on 3rd shift (overnight) is largely responsible for: cleaning and preparation (minimal caregiving) for the staff and residents for the following day. Compared to day shift, there is less resident-staff interaction. Staff are responsible for medication management, housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, sanitation, etc), laundry, and occasional food preparation. No prior experience required, but always welcome (great entry-level position).

* For these positions:

No CNA or similar qualifications necessary. Only CPR/First Aid, background check, and employee physical/TB test, upon confirmed hire.

Ideal Qualifications:

- Be at least 18 years of age

- Willingness to adhere to facility rules

- Punctual: can show up for shifts on time

- People person that works well with others

- Reliable transportation

- Willingness to be firm with residents when necessary, and set professional boundaries

- Consistent work ethic with attention to detail

- Great communication when problems arise, personal or professional

- High School Diploma or GED
