Job Responsibilities
- Process all bowling and party reservation requests, bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Ensure the daily and monthly schedules are organized and up to date.
- Keep a detailed log of all correspondence and documents pertaining to customer reservations.
- Respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
- Stay up to date on all products, services, pricing and special promotional offers.
- Be the bridge that connects communication between Aiea Bowl’s management and customer base.
Personal Skills
- Strong delegation and time management skills.
- Passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills both via email and via telephone.
- Detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with, and able to, follow up with others so that all parties stay on track with daily/weekly/monthly responsibilities and obligations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashiering, or supervising experience is strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Office (proficient)
- Valid Driver’s License
