The role of a Reservations Agent is to receive calls and book reservations according to established company procedures. A Reservation Agent should display exceptional guest service skills to effectively promote products and services, address general guest concerns, and provide consultation to ensure maximized guest experience. The purpose of the reservations team is to alleviate call volume from the centers to keep them focused on the in-person experience. This is a hybrid position with a mix of in in call center and remote work.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, friendly, upbeat, and detail oriented.
• Must be available either Saturday or Sunday.
• Morning, evening, and weekend availability is preferred.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service over the phone in a fast pace.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including typing and basic Microsoft knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls for all EWCG locations in a timely manner.
• Scheduling, changing, or canceling reservations.
• Providing our guests accurate information about waxing, skincare, and the products and packages that we offer
• Provide support to centers for confirmation calls, wait lists, and associate call outs.
• Maintain agent and team standards and show accountability for personal goal numbers.
• Under general supervision, understand and comply with reservations policies and procedures.
• Maintain guest file database and make proper documentation for any booking modifications.
• Deescalating guest issues efficiently and promptly and identifying if they need to be escalated to leadership.
• Providing a welcoming, and a memorable experience for our guests.

Hours of Operation for our call center is as follows:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
Sat 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Sun 8:00 AM -4:00 PM
