Responsibilities:
• Verify receipt of all DOT paperwork for the Pre-Employment packet for the past 2-3 years. • Check Quest lab for pre-employment drug screen results • Scan, fax, and copy documents as needed for department staff. • File employee forms and medical review office documents. • Enter drug and alcohol test results into DBMS • Complete Drug History requests from other employers. • Respond to Clock & Safety letters received from the medical review office. • Enter Non-DOT Testing DBMS shells for Post-Accident & Reasonable Cause tests • Shred documents according to the DOT/ FAA retention policy. • Send supplies to coordinators • Send Positive Letters via certified mail. • Maintain data in DBMS • Answer telephone and take message when applicable. • Open, sort and distribute mail for dept. • Provide additional administrative assistance, as requested by departmental staff.
