As our company continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Rental Manager for our Ellwood City location.
Duties of the Rental Manager Include:
- Manage all aspects of walk-in rentals and rental reservations at the store
- Coordinate deliveries and picks up with customers and staff
- Manage workflow to ensure completion of operational tasks to ensure equipment is "rental ready" each day
- Utilize all available resources to drive sales and improve rental performance
- Address customer and employee issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Order rental parts as needed
Qualifications of the Rental Manager Include:
- 3-5 years of management experience in a retail or similar fast-paced, customer service environment. Experience in the home improvement industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of general retail practices, procedures, terminology, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Basic math and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
