Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize administrative files, both electronic and paper
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
  • Manage and monitor office supplies, inventory, and equipment
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed


Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working remotely and utilizing virtual communication tools
