Hourly rate $17.00-18.00/hour depending on experience plus medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, 401k, 16 days of vacation, and defined career paths.
This position is 100% remote after 2-3 weeks of all expenses paid on-site training in one of the following locations: Folsom, CA; Fresno, CA; La Crosse, WI; Overland Park, KS
The hours are Monday-Friday 8-5pm
Job Summary:
Account Service Representative works to assist our Client Service Managers in providing best of class service to our clients. The Account Service Representative will work to determine vested benefits, reconciling trust assets including participant loans and contributions, assist Plan Sponsors with standard requests, resolve internal intra-departmental requests and managing reoccurring projects.

What You will do:

  • Learn retirement industry basics, including regulatory and compliance requirements, IRS/DOL reporting, and ERISA law and how those areas impact businesses and employees.
  • Provide client support and customer service on day to day issues with clients by responding both orally and via written communication.
  • Generate and deliver reporting to clients
  • Coordinate transactions with internal departments and track through completion
  • Complete special projects as needed
  • Assist team with duties and tasks as needed
  • Prioritize tasks due to urgency of requests
  • Manage responsiveness through daily organization of multiple systems

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, economics, or business.
  • Must have superior client service skills.
  • Advanced excel experience.
  • Proactive and resourceful.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build internal relationships and communicate effectively with others.
  • Must have exceptional organization skills, strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must exhibit strong written and oral communication skills.
  • It is a requirement of this job to consistently report to work as scheduled, be on time, and remain at work for entire assigned shift.
