We have an exciting opportunity available for a Reimbursement Specialist in Coshohocken, PA. The Reimbursement Specialist supports the Dispute Resolution area of the Network Strategy Enablement department by managing invoices submitted for out of network arbitration plus submitting and tracking Arbitrator payments.


Responsibilities:
  • Contact arbitrators to confirm receipt of Introduction email
  • Request W-9s and Invoices from Arbitrators
  • Monitor Invoice folder
  • Input a minimum of 12 Invoices/hour for AP submissions
  • Track unresolved payments to Arbitrators
  • Maintain Arbitrator list and request updates as necessary
  • Update Invoice Checklist daily
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Reads and abides by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
  • Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
  • Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so

Qualifications:

Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years’ experience in the medical billing field or in an analytical position (healthcare, banking, accounting) preferred
  • Working knowledge of Excel required
