Position OverviewThis position assumes responsibility and accountability for patient care outcomes by utilizing the nursing process, prescribing, delegating & coordinating direct and indirect nursing care to patients.

Education/Knowledge Requirements

RN licensure is required, issued by the PA State Board of Nursing.

PALS/ACLS preferred

Satisfactory completion of critical care education. (See Administrative Policy #7060 - Guidelines for Critical Care Education) preferred

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

CPR Certification

Ability to maintain/update the computer competencies as required for the position

One (1) year of medical/surgical experience
