Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Our community offers 137 units between our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Transitional Care. We have an outstanding team of tenured staff and the only thing missing is YOU! - Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $46 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
- Shift Differential Available on Evenings and Nights
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines.
Nursing schedule includes;
- 24 hours in two weeks; Evening shift Hours
- Every other Sat-Sunday and holiday rotation

- Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
- Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
- Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Required:
- Current MN RN license or by start date
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Preferred:
- Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
- Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
