Description

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse the Nursing Assistant will provide routine direct patient care within specific unit policies and procedures, report pertinent information to the Registered Nurse and respond to patient care needs.

Join our team at St. Joseph Hospital of Orange where you’ll support nurses both in and out of surgery, among other patient care tasks. As a Providence caregiver, you’ll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Required Qualifications:

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 6 months - Acute care, psych or completion of 1st semester of Registered Nurse Academic Program or Nurse Assistant equivalent education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 9 months experience.
