Requirements:
- Established Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) is looking for a field nurse for their North East Bronx Territory (Throgs Neck Region)
- Must have worked for a CHHA and have knowledge of the Oasis assessment tool and EMR Homecare Homebase
- BLS certification and wound care and IV procedures experience required
- 6+ home visits/day
- 13 weeks with a strong possibility of extending
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing Associates or a bachelor’s degree preferred
Shift Details:
- 5 Days / week, 8-hour shifts
- 40 HRS / Week
- Day: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
