Job description
Registered Nurse (RN) charge nurse position at our Lake Geneva building. 30 bed skilled nursing facility with short term rehab and long term private pay residents. Full time hours available on PM (2nd) shift. Shift hours are 3p-11p. Casual or PRN hours also available on any shift.
Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to our residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. No mandated overtime, flexible schedules, and great staff-to-resident ratios.
As a part of the Golden Years team, our nursing staff enjoys being able to develop meaningful relationships with their patients and their families and truly making a difference in their lives while working alongside fellow staff and managers that have the same desire to serve.
Qualified candidates must either have a valid Wisconsin RN nursing license OR candidates can be graduate RN's waiting to take their NCLEX. We can assist in applying for a temporary permit so training and nursing work can begin right away!
