Job description

Ro Health is looking for a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work at school districts in California for a mix of classroom support and 1:1. This Registered Behavior Therapist position would begin in asap. M-F between regular school hours of 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. Experience working with supporting students with special needs, and providing a mix of 1:1 and general classroom support is preferred.

RBT Position Details:

• Specialty: School RBT

• Location: Options throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento area including Oakland, Santa Clara, Redwood City, San Francisco, Elk Grove, Sacramento, and more!

• Positions Available: Full-Time

• Schedule: M-F during school hours

• Target Start Date: ASAP

RBT | Duties May Include

• Carrying out and implementing behavior plans

• Use of ABA principles to teach adaptive behaviors such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills

• Data collection

• Working as a team to promote goal achievement and maintenance of a safe, productive environment

• Collaborating with other staff members and across disciplines

RBT | Position Requirements

• RBT Certification

• CPR/BLS Certification

• Strong ability to work in a team environment

• Enthusiasm for working with kids with developmental disabilities

• Previous school experience is preferred
