As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in achieving these goals by providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collecting and recording data on behavior and skill acquisition targets
• Assisting in the assessment process
• Communicating with parents and caregivers regarding client progress and program implementation
• Maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with clients, families, and team members

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
