What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking a full-time Regional Program Manager to oversee our Northern California area. Area includes Sacramento, Roseville, South Lake Tahoe, Solano County, Marin County, Monterey County, Eldorado County, and San Mateo/San Francisco. Your work will include:

  • Recruit, hire, and train SCRAM Agents, including ongoing training as needed.
  • Manage staff and operations for 7 primary offices and multiple customers.
  • Travel on a routine basis to visit all offices and staff within geographical territory.
  • Manage payroll approvals of team.
  • Manage customer accounts, special projects, and implement new products/services as required
  • Supervise Daily Alert Management and overall participant compliance
  • Create and send participant violations, noncompliance and related reporting to supervising agencies
  • Present basic SCRAM data in court
  • Work directly with the entire Criminal Justice ecosystem – Probation, Sheriff, Judges, Prosecutors, Courts, Defense Attorneys, and Treatment Specialists
  • Promote company program growth
  • Oversee the client and agency invoicing and collections
  • Track participant monitoring fees to ensure compliance with company guidelines
  • Oversee bad debt and participant termination process
  • Ensure all payments are processed and reconciled daily
  • Manage Inventory for the region and manage loss mitigation processes

How You’ll Make an Impact

When our programs and clients succeed, we succeed! As a Program Manager, you’re responsible for a team of SCRAM Agents, working each day to manage the day-to-day operations of one or more offices, help grow existing programs by leading your team. You’ll also be the face of SCRAM by building and maintaining key relationships with our stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in criminal justice, political science, Business Management, or related field
  • Experience managing employees and maintaining positive work culture.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with SCRAM products, GPS, and Drug Testing is a plus
  • Willing to work flexible hours, such as occasional nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of the state/local corrections or judicial system
  • Customer service and/or offender management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Your own vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • The ability to travel if required

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with SCRAM products, GPS, and Drug Testing is a plus

Salary Range for this position: $65,000 to $75,000.

  • In addition, employees working 30 hours or more per week, on average, are eligible for health and welfare benefits including: medical coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, FSA, HSA, and additional programs.
