Job description
The Regional Manager maintains the integrity of the physical asset, while maximizing the returns from the asset in accordance with GEM’s mission, values and goals. This position is responsible for overall operations and financial position of an assigned portfolio of assets. This position trains and develops Senior Property Managers while assuring the development of all associates in assigned portfolio. The Regional Manager is responsible for executing policies, procedures and practices in accordance with GEM standards that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.
