Passanante’s Home Food Service is an all-natural food service company that has been delivering the highest quality meats and organic vegetables directly to customers' homes since 1916. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as our REGIONAL ASSISTANT EVENT MANAGER handling events in the Myrtle Beach, Charleston & the Columbia area! We are opening a new office in South Carolina, and this is a prime opportunity to grow with Passanante’s in handling this new and upcoming market for event marketing and their resulting sales. Our company exhibits at many food and wine events, fairs and festivals and other tradeshows to display and promote our home food delivery service of all natural and organic food. Experience in event work and/or marketing is preferred but not required. We will train the right person. However, you must be able to BRING THE SIZZLE and create a positive, upbeat, and professional presence at our event booth while engaging with prospects and staff. This is a weekend heavy opportunity managing the events. There is travel involved to grow your marketing staff and working events. During the week we offer flexible days, with the expectation that time will be spent on hiring and booking events and that way you will be able to balance administrative tasks with family life and a more virtual work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the logistics required for setting up and scheduling personnel and supplies for the weekend events.
• Consistently hire, train, motivate and encourage team members.
• Oversee and work at the events with team members creating a lead by example culture
• Responsible for weekly payroll and production reports.
• Research and identify successful event opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Enthusiastic with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
• You must have a car and cell phone.
• While many aspects of this position are remote, we will have storage lockers in different areas to have event equipment available as locally as possible, and as the office grows we will have office space available for use.
• Experience with using Excel, Word and email.

Pay Structure:

We offer a highly competitive salary with additional weekly commissions, travel compensation and lead generation bonuses. Quarterly Food Bonuses.
