Greenhouse hiring Regional Field Manager for Walmart Garden Centers!
Travel the following stores: St. Robert, Rolla, Salem, Cuba, Sullivan, and Owensville and visit their local Walmart. As a Regional Manager, you will direct a team of seasonal field merchandisers during heavy points of Spring, but then be taking on some physical labor during the off season and we lay off merchandisers in summer.
Must Haves- Can download and operate google apps, can use Microsoft excel, word, and can easily correspond via email. Good communication skills, the ability to be self-motivated and work alone often. The ability to travel from store to store, work outside and be on your feet for long hours. Lifting up to 50lbs/moving heavy racks.
Preferred- Management experience. Retail Experience. Horticulture Experience.
