Camping World & Good Sam is seeking a collaborative, growth-oriented Recruiting Operations Manager to join our Talent team. As the Recruiting Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading the day to day recruiting operations team which focuses on talent acquisition coordination, scheduling, compliance, and background checks. Additionally, you will be the subject matter expert for our Applicant Tracking System, ADP RM and drive ongoing process improvements. You will partner with our various Talent Acquisition vendors such as job boards, assessment partners, and other technology platforms to ensure effective integration and utilization, as well as data integrity and insights. This position will be located in Chicago, IL and will report directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: You will own day-to-day recruiting operations as well as drive team priorities across operations, recruiting tools & systems, candidate experience, hiring manager experience and hiring metrics. You will directly manage and develop coordinators.
  • Candidate Experience: Alongside the coordination team, you will own and ensure a stellar candidate and internal hiring experience.
  • Recruiting Operations: You will identify opportunities for operational improvements across recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and quality to scale (and manage any change/s). You will serve as the subject matter expert for our Applicant Tracking System, ADP RM. You will maintain and develop team documentation including internal processes & onboarding through to hiring manager resources & enablement.
  • Vendor Management: You will manage all recruiting systems & vendors (e.g., background checks, I-9, WOTC, Sourcing vendors) including ROI, implementation, optimization and/or configuration.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: You will ensure strong data integrity to develop and evolve our recruiting data, reporting, dashboards, metrics and analytics.
  • Project Management: Work on special recruiting operation projects (e.g., the development and implementation of a CRM).
  • Compliance: You will ensure that Camping World adheres to compliance related to OFCCP, EEOC, ADA, and Affirmative Action planning. You will complete audits to ensure we remain compliant.

Process and Innovation

  • Enhance current processes and systems to drive a better candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Recommend new tools, processes, and procedures to continually improve our talent acquisition process and compliance
  • Execute projects quickly, with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or minimum 5 years' experience in HR and Talent Acquisition is preferred
  • Prior people management experience
  • Experience building and scaling programs in a high growth, rapidly adapting, environment
  • Prior experience with other Recruiting systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, calendaring tools, Direct Employers
  • Experience with Power BI tools for recruiting reporting
  • Knowledge of top recruiting tools and systems
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) and an HRIS system

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Up to 10% travel required
