Pacific Permanente Group, LLC (PPG) is made up of more than two-dozen experienced physicians and providers representing nearly a dozen different specialties. PPG committed in improving the health of Maui and Lanai through their clinical contributions at Maui Memorial Medical Center, Kula Hospital, and Lanai Community Hospital, and the outpatient clinics. With the support of the administrative support staff, the PPG team is dedicated to providing the hospital and clinic patients with high-quality care.

HPMG is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator who will manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for Pacific PPG's physicians and providers. The Recruitment Coordinator will actively collaborate with PPG Leadership to identify, hire, and orient qualified candidates to support services at Maui Memorial Medical Center and Kula Hospital. This position will be based on Maui. Full-time or part-time schedule available.

JOB DUTIES

  • Collaborates with PPG Leadership to develop recruitment and sourcing plans
  • Proactively contacts and recruits prospective candidates; generates leads through various recruiting channels
  • Manages the recruitment process and maintains open and responsive communications
  • Coordinates interview scheduling and travel arrangements as needed
  • Manages physician agency contracting and accurate invoicing
  • Supports all processes required for physician start-up including licensing, credentialing, provisioning, onboarding, etc.
  • Initiates and coordinates all aspects of the post-hire process and onboarding for PPG staff and locum tenens providers
  • Multiple levels are available based upon skillset and experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or in another related field
  • 2-4 years of recruitment/employment or HR related experience
  • Previous healthcare recruitment experience is preferred
  • Excellent professional communication, interpersonal, and business acumen skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully track to multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven independent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
