Recruitment and Marketing Specialist
Job description
InCare Pulmonary and Sleep Specialists is looking for an energetic, creative, team player to fill our Marketing and Recruitment Position. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in both recruitment and marketing. Health Care experience is a plus. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Posting positions
-Screening candidates
-Setting up interviews
-Scheduling site visits for prospective candidates
-Create advertising campaigns
-Distribute materials throughout the community
-Monitor marketing trends
