Overview:
Currently looking for 3-5 New Entry Level Recruiters in our Billerica, MA office.
Prior experience in Recruiting/Staffing/Sourcing industry only a plus.
Must be willing to work onsite
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening potential candidates for Temporary Contract and Contract to Fulltime positions for across the US and Canada.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive base salary, weekly commission, 401(K), medical, dental, life, long-term disability, paid time off and holiday pay.
Duties:
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and skills
- Source candidates by using job boards: (Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Interview, prescreen and conduct reference checks on all applicants
