Job Summary.

The Recuiting Specialist role will provide support to the Operations Manager and will manage the whole recruiting cycle of applicants, tracking system, job postings, sourcing, coordinate interview schedules, host candidates, and onboard new hires.

You must have a variety of experience, education, and “hand’s on” administration in all aspects of HR.

This role will be responsible for recruitment and the hiring facilitation of qualified job applicants for multiple positions. You will collaborate with management to understand skills and competencies required for our openings.

Schedule:
5 hours a week.
Salary:
$1000 USD a month.

Skills and traits we are looking for include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full-life cycle recruiting - includes creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing, filtering qualified candidates, phone screens, scheduling, coordinating hiring managers for interviews, preparing, and distributing offer letters, facilitating background checks, and coordinating completion of all on-boarding documentation.
  • Use traditional and nontraditional resources appropriately, such as career fairs, social media, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality qualified candidates.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Fluent in Spanish Language (Written & Spoken).

Education and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related (preferred).

Experienced in:

  • Recruitment.
  • HR Best practices.
  • Indeed for Business, LinkedIn, or other job related platforms.
  • Sourcing or talent pipeline generation experience

Demonstrated ability in:

  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership.
  • Assessment and interviewing expertise.

  • 3+ years of relevant and progressive experience working as an HR coordinator, HR generalist or similar
