Job Summary

As a Recruiting Manager, you will work directly with the Staffing Manager and both roles will report to and assist the Operating Director. The Recruiting Manager’s primary focus will be to provide recruiting, administrative, and operating support for the office. The Recruiting Manager will also be responsible for sharing on-call responsibilities with the Staffing Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming calls from caregiver applicants and current caregivers.
  • Screen and hire caregivers according to weekly company requirements.
  • Process, manage, and audit all applicant and caregiver paperwork.
  • Responsible for hiring and terminating as needed.
  • Create and distribute caregiver badges.
  • Keep inventory of caregiver uniforms and distribute uniforms to onboarding caregivers.
  • Schedule and complete new employee orientations.
  • Facilitate caregiver appreciation efforts.
  • Send birthday cards to caregivers and clients.
  • Manage social media accounts.
  • Rotate on-call after hours and on weekends for all incoming calls.
  • Provide general operational and administrative support to Staffing Manager and Operating Director.

Education Requirements and Required Skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in home care or staffing preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including ability to present in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and social media competency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace.
  • Ability to split after-hours on-call requirements of job with other staff
  • Strong ethics.
  • Ability to clear required background check.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
