The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 9:30-6:00
Hourly rate depending on experience $18
We are looking for someone with great customer service and professionalism
Job Description and requirements:
-Look through applications and make lists of qualified interviews
-Come up with creative ways to post jobs and get more applicants
-Make phone calls to set up interviews (high volume of interviews)
-Conduct interviews and manage time wisely
-Hire quality applicants for several different positions
-Stay organized and follow the process through from interview to on the job
-Exhibits good listening, verbal and written skills-
Detail oriented-
Must be able to
-Use Microsoft Excel/Word
-Send and receive emails
-Maintain privacy and confidentiality
-Willingness to learn and achieve proficiency
-Self directed with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Team player with a great work ethic
