The Penn Foster People team is looking for a Recruiter who has worked in a high-volume environment and enjoys finding top talent to hit hiring goals. You will partner closely with customer service hiring managers to achieve hiring goals, directly impacting the success of our organization. - Oversee job postings and sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Review applicants in ATS, conduct phone screens, and set up manager interviews for various support positions
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to fill current openings and help build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Partner for a positive onboarding experience for new hires
- Provide an excellent candidate experience by building relationships with applicants while championing the Penn Foster role.
- Build trusted partnerships with support management to achieve hiring goals
- Direct social media strategy and referral incentives
- Adopt the sales team methodology to support performance plans and hiring profiles
- Be in the know to support changes on the Customer Service floor around communication and actualization
- Attend new hire forums.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years sales recruiting experience
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
- Familiar with high volume recruiting
- Competitive drive and strong work ethic with an ambitious whatever it takes attitude
