ModernHR is one of the largest, independently owned, Human Resources Consulting, Outsourcing, and PEO firm. For more than thirty years, we have assisted employers with the complex and high-end functions relating to their Human Resources.

We are currently seeking a Recruiter with full-cycle recruitment experience to join our team. This role will support our client with full cycle recruitment. The recruiter will conduct demos, training, attend job fairs and coaching in any HR-related matters.

This position will report to our corporate office in Burbank, CA.

What You Will Do:

• Manage internal requisitions and client accounts by providing staffing support to multiple locations and multiple client hiring managers.
• Create and analyze Excel reports for turnover, new hires, open requisitions, time to fill, ATS activity/results, and other Recruitment KPIs.
• Build a professional network and create sales opportunities for Modern HR's recruiting department through cold calling, referrals, additional networking. Create presentations, sales packets and other forms to support client needs and attract new clients.
• Create and manage applicant results from job descriptions, posting job ads by monitoring analytics. Create and revise Recruitment strategies as needed.
• Source to expand qualified candidate pools, review and assess resumes using our in-house ATS, in addition to managing full-cycle interviews into the hiring/onboarding process.
• Provide trainings and recommendations to clients regarding Recruitment best practices and effective ATS utilization.
• Have a sense of urgency, self-motivation, and fast paced work ethic to manage Recruitment volume in a timely manner.
• Must be able to travel and meet with clients occasionally.
• Must be will to attend job fairs, colleges marketing etc.
• Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor/Directors.

What You'll Bring:

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience filling agency or in-house positions required.
• Additional recruitment experience staffing for Healthcare positions highly preferred.
• Must have sale experience - feel comfortable to sell our services!
• Bilingual is a plus! (Spanish/English)
• Creativity is a plus!
• Possess proficient skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to create polished presentations, basic spreadsheets and execute professional correspondence
