Job description

We're searching for a Recruiter with a background in dealing witha variety of industries and highly motivated to learn new things. The Recruiter will be responsible for making sure the clients' staffing needs are met quickly and efficiently with great candidates. While this is primarily remote, you are expected to be in office 1-2 times per week.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret resumes.
• Send out applicant invitations to job descriptions.
• Match candidates with job descriptions.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct research related to an employer's business and competitors.
• Keep in contact with candidates to maintain confidentiality.
• Develop rapport with candidates (we are not looking for someone who interview by check boxes)
• A love of putting the puzzle of open req and candidate together
• Creating a high quality internal database with relevant prescreened candidates
• Building a pipeline of candidates for skillsets that are needed repeatedly
• Sourcing qualified candidates in various professional disciplines
• The ability to translate strategic plans into concrete actions and achieve results
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to effective communicating in formal and informal settings with senior executives, peers, and candidates
• Develops and drives innovative & comprehensive recruitment strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
