**First Call Medical Solutions is looking for a permanent, full-time Healthcare Recruiter to join our HR and Recruiting team located in Menomonee Falls, WI!**
First Call Medical Solutions is a healthcare-only staffing company established in 1994. Our philosophy of "Patients First" means we strive to provide the best care for patients and residents through our staffing solutions. We place skilled medical personnel for temporary staffing needs, short-term and long-term engagements, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement from CBRF Caregivers to CNAs, Nurses, Technicians, and other certified medical professionals.
**We are currently looking for a Recruiter with one to two years of experience to join our established Recruiting team**
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit/Hire for a variety of healthcare positions and special-request Permanent Placement roles
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process
  • Maintain applicant data in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Passive recruiting using Resume Database (Indeed, ATS, LI)
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with clients to establish rapport
  • Create and maintain job postings in our ATS
  • Create and maintain job postings on various Social Media accounts, Job Center Sites, and College Sites
  • Join Social Media groups to post jobs and develop relationships
  • Utilize LinkedIn for Recruitment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local High Schools, Nursing colleges, and Job Center locations
  • Screen candidates to verify credentials and eligibility
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with applicants
  • Make hiring decisions, pay rate decisions, and offer positions
  • Process background checks and understand the results and the impact on the hire
  • Manage Onboarding documents and hand-off to HR for Orientation
  • Use problem-solving skills to provide clients with custom staffing solutions
  • Candidate retention/follow-up and maintaining regular contact
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Healthcare
  • Knowledge of Healthcare roles/credentials is highly preferred
  • General knowledge of employment practices
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Effective production in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidential employee and client information
  • Ability to recruit/hire candidates of all levels of healthcare
  • Warm, supportive, and encouraging personality with a genuine interest in helping people
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several roles within multiple geographical locations in Wisconsin
  • High level technological experience with HRIS/ATS systems, Microsoft Office Tools, Dropbox, and DocuSign
This position reports to the Owner/President and works closely with the Recruiting Team, HR, and the Scheduling team. We offer opportunities for growth and advancement as well as the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: Based on Experience-Range starting at $19/hour with Commission & Bonus
