Seeking an enthusiast, result driven and motivated driver recruiter. Our driver recruiters are highly skilled at sharing information about our company and talking to drivers about the exciting opportunities we have to offer. They use various communication methods such as; phone, email, text, internet, job boards and social media to attract and hire qualified drivers. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Responsibilities

• Establish a rapport with drivers, market the benefits of employment at the company.
• Identify the target geographic market areas and recruit within.
• Conduct the interview process.
• Verify the qualifications of each driver applicant.
• Ensure smooth new hire process.
• Arrange transportation and hotel accommodations when needed for out-of-state drivers.

Skills and Qualifications

• Recruitment experience with a trucking company.

• Truckload broker experience will be considered.

• CDL Driver looking for office work will be considered.
• Self starting, goal orientated and organized
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Results driven
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• High School diploma/GED
• Microsoft Office computer skills
• Exceptional follow up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
