America’s Staffing Partner, a national staffing contractor, is seeking a self-starting, organized individual to join the team based in Bethlehem, PA. Duties include recruiting qualified applicants for various job skill sets.


Responsibilities include:

  • Placing job ads
  • Constantly making calls and following up with emails
  • Interviewing applicants and conducting reference checks
  • Following candidates through the hiring process until started
  • Using different job boards such as Indeed, Career Builder and Facebook
  • Weekly staffing reports
  • Assisting at job fairs
  • Routinely forwarding documents to different sources for on-boarding
  • General administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, etc.

Basic Qualifications:


Must have 2-year minimum experience working in an office
Must have 2 year of recruiting experience
Must be proficient with MS Office
Multitasking is essential


Desired skills:


Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking.
