America’s Staffing Partner, a national staffing contractor, is seeking a self-starting, organized individual to join the team based in Bethlehem, PA. Duties include recruiting qualified applicants for various job skill sets.
Responsibilities include:
- Placing job ads
- Constantly making calls and following up with emails
- Interviewing applicants and conducting reference checks
- Following candidates through the hiring process until started
- Using different job boards such as Indeed, Career Builder and Facebook
- Weekly staffing reports
- Assisting at job fairs
- Routinely forwarding documents to different sources for on-boarding
- General administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have 2-year minimum experience working in an office
Must have 2 year of recruiting experience
Must be proficient with MS Office
Multitasking is essential
Desired skills:
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking.
