We are hiring a Recruiter in either our Austin, TX or Albuquerque, NM office. The purpose of the Recruiter is to meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/organizations/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Start the onboarding process for new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company’s core values and facilitate the improvement of company branding
• Partner with external recruiting vendors
• Partner with Universities
• Lead the internship program

  Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years work experience in a high growth, tech start up type environment.
• Strong computer skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
