Recreation Center Custodian (Part-Time)
Job description
The Town of Silverthorne's Recreation and Culture Depatment is looking for a Part-Time Custodian. Work is compleeted ideally before or after facility hours. Current needs are Saturday and Sunday's.
Job Roles Include:
- Responsible for keeping all areas of the Recreation Center clean and presentable including, but not limited to: cleaning locker rooms; restrooms; flooring; fitness equipment; weight machines, trash and recycling collection and removal; kitchen areas; entrance and exit areas.
- Responsible for snow removal and general clean-up of grounds at the Recreation Center.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including custodial closets, office area and storage spaces.

Hiring Range is: $21.20 - $22.62
Full Pay Range is: $21.20 - $28.27
The Town of Silverthorne also provides a $400 hiring bonus to all new part-time employees.
- $100 at time of hire
- $300 after three months working and having worked a quarter of the number of hours required to receive a merit increase, e.g. 52 hours for a lifeguard, when the annual amount to receive a merit is 208 hours.
