    WORK DAY/YEAR: 4 hours per day; Monday - Friday; 182 days per year: 9:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m.

    CLASSIFICATION: A-1-3

    MINIMUM SALARY: $18.00 per hour

    Job Summary:
    • Check student’s badges for security purposes
    • Answer phones
    • Greet students, staff, subs, and volunteers
    • Give directions to student
    • Help students check in, help them find their class, apt, etc
    • Serve as back up to the office staff – cover lunch, drills, emergency back up
    • Support staff to complete general office projects – mailings, typing, paper tiger, phone call reminders, collating projects, filing, putting away supplies, replenish brochures, etc
    • Keep waiting room clean, disinfect waiting room and work area
    • Schedule in-take appointments

    Qualifications:
    • Experience working with Microsoft and Google suites
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle frequent interruptions
    • Strong telephone skills
    • Strong human relation skills
    • Ability to work with a diverse population
    • Willingness to learn new computer software systems
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Good time management skills
    • Bilingual Speakers in Spanish and Somanli are encouraged to apply
