We are looking for a Medical Receptionist in our busy Orthopedic Clinic. An important role of a receptionist in our clinic is to provide a good first impression and give friendly, quality customer service over the phone and in-person. Essential Job Functions
- Welcomes patients and visitors in person and answer incoming calls.
- Optimizes patients satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges.
- Protects patients; rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, Customer service, Telephone skills, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking, Time Management, Computer skills

Monday-Friday: 7:40am-4:00pm
